Kiev, March: The death toll from a Russian missile strike against Kiev on February 7 has risen to six as one person died in hospital, media reported citing his relatives. The Kiev Independent reports. Accordingly, Russia launched a large-scale attack against Ukraine on 7 February, targeting the capital and other cities such as Mykolaiv and Kharkiv.
A high-rise building in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv was attacked and caught fire, killing several people and injuring dozens.
More than 50 people were injured in the city during the attack. Yuri Nosov, who was injured in the fire, died in hospital after doctors fought for his life for three weeks, The Kyiv Independent reports. Gone, her friends said on Facebook.
