Death of Matthew Perry aka Chandler from Friends: The Last Words!

In the last weeks of his life, Perry he had repeated doses of ketamine, a powerful anesthetic originally prescribed to treat depression. However, during September and October 2023, his addiction escalated, with the help of several people who led him to his destruction instead of treatment. The investigation revealed that Perry was receiving up to six to eight injections a day. Which exceeds the recommended daily dose more than dramatically.

Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, communicated regularly with Dr. Plasencia and others who supplied Perry with ketamine despite being aware of his deteriorating condition.

On the fateful day, October 28, 2023, Perry allegedly asked his assistant for another injection of ketamine, saying: “Give me a good shot.” He then went to relax in his hot tub. When the assistant returned, he found Perry lifeless, face down in the water.

Investigators determined that Perry suffered an acute reaction to ketamine that led to his loss of consciousness and subsequent drowning. His death was ruled an accident, but five people, including two doctors, were charged with complicity in his death.
