The well-known singer of Azerbaijan, Raksana Ismayilova, was detained in Moscow on a criminal case for organizing illegal migration.
Publika.az reports that the Telegram channel of the VChK-OQPU of Russia reported on this.
He is charged with “Bribery” and “Document forgery” articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to information, Raksana Ismayilova was taken to the Solntsevo investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee.
“Dancer Raksana Ismayilova was interrogated as a witness in the criminal case opened in 2023 against Yelena Smirnova, an employee of the Internal Affairs Department of Solntsevo, Moscow Region, Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to investigators, he transferred about 650,000 rubles to a person named Gurbanov to give to Smirnova, and Gurbanov helped him get a new document through a proven option. But it turned out that not two, but three – the singer’s passport, which was presented to the investigator before being interrogated, was prepared with fake identity information. On April 2, 2023, a criminal case was opened in connection with this fact, and a decision was issued against the singer not to go anywhere,” the Telegram channel wrote.
