The Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has signed a decision to impose an administrative penalty on Dam Vinh Hung. The male singer was fined 27.5 million VND and suspended from activities for 9 months.

“Mr. Huynh Minh Hung must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If Mr. Huynh Minh Hung does not voluntarily comply within the time limit, he will be forced to comply according to the provisions of the Law,” the decision stated.
Previously, at a regular meeting, the leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City also said that they had organized a meeting to collect opinions from professional agencies on the above issue.
