Daddy Yankee filed another demand for Mireddys González for 250 million dollars

The legal conflict between Daddy Yankee, whose real name is Ramón Luis Ayala Rodríguez, and his ex -wife Mireddys González Castellanos again stole attention on social networks.

On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, the reggaeton singer filed a lawsuit at the Carolina court, in Puerto Rico, in which he requests compensation of 250 million dollars.

The legal action also includes Ayeicha González Castellanos, sister of Mireddys, and alleges irregularities in the management of the companies the Records and the Cangris Inc., according to the EFE agency.

According to the demand, the González sisters would have incurred violations of fiduciary duties, breach of contract and negligent management of corporate finances.

Among the most serious accusations is the withdrawal of one hundred million dollars from business accounts on December 12, 2024, in what is described as an attempt to unilaterally liquidate the assets before the Court ordered the delivery of control. According to the legal document, these actions would have caused damage to both companies and the artist, affecting their reputation and personal well -being.

Among the accusations are the negligent accounting management, the lack of registration of income generated by the work of the singer and the omission in the collection of checks that subsequently expired.

“The co -defendants Mireddys and Ayeicha González Castellanos proceeded to concentrate on their people a greater power to the authorized and, together, they made negligent and selfish decisions that were harmful to both companies, and for Mr. Ayala Rodríguez (Daddy Yankee) in his personal character and as an artist (…) they did not realize accurately of their arrangements, they disagree with their efforts, Requirements of corporate legislation, made unwanted financial decisions, negligently managed accounting and improperly alienated Mr. Ayala Rodríguez of decision making ”, can be read in the demand.

In addition, it indicates that the sisters hid key information, destroyed evidence and corporate archives between the years 2019 and 2024, which would have generated a negative impact on business operations. “Neither in the boxes that they delivered, nor in the corporate electronic documents that have been found arises the documentation corresponding to the operation of the business and artistic career of the plaintiff,” said the artist’s legal team.

The legal confrontation between Daddy Yankee and Mireddys González was not limited to the business field. The dispute occurred in the midst of a divorce process that began in December 2024 and that officially culminated on February 18, 2025, after almost 30 years of marriage. The separation was described as an “irreparable breakup” in judicial documents, and both participated in the divorce hearing through videoconference.

Reactions of Daddy Yankee’s daughter Jesaalys Ayala and his mother Mireddys González

The legal battle has also had repercussions on the family. Jesaaelys Ayala, daughter of Daddy Yankee and Mireddys González, has shown his unconditional support to his mother since the beginning of the conflict. The influencer published on their social networks a message that many interpreted as an indirect to their father: “You cannot treat people as garbage and worship God at the same time.” This gesture adds to other episodes in which Jesaaelys has made clear his position, such as when he celebrated with a cake that carried the phrase “new beginnings” with his mother after divorce.

For his part, Mireddys González has chosen to make indirect statements about the case, limiting himself to sharing messages on his social networks that reflect his faith in God and his strength in the situation with phrases such as: “Do not give up sleep just because the process is difficult”, “I pretend that nothing hurts in life and that it is perfect” and “Pray. I enter God.” With Infobae
