The 28th edition of the Dhaka International Trade Fair has gathered recently. In this year’s fair, various stalls and pavilions are decorated with various types of daily necessities. These items are being sold at various discounts on the occasion of the fair. However, overriding everything, the buyers-visitors are crowding the stalls of crockery products. Any crockery product is available for just 130 taka.
On Saturday (February 10), a similar picture was seen at Allah’s Gift crockery corner of the Dhaka International Trade Fair.
It is known that various products including spoons, knives, cutters, melamine plates, melamine pots, strainers are being sold at the same price. Many people are buying products according to their needs from this stall.
A customer named Amrin Zaman, who came to shop at the stall, said that he had not come to the fair for a long time due to his busy schedule. Today is the first time. Came to the fair and saw this stall of crockery products. I saw a lot of discounts on crockery products on the occasion of the fair. So I will buy some things.
Another customer named Rumi Akhtar said that all kinds of daily necessities are available at low prices in this stall. So bought some plates and cutters for home. These items were bought by me when I came to the fair last time.
Sumon Hossain, in charge of the stall, said that if there was no pressure from the customers in the beginning, now there is a good pressure from the customers. Hopefully, the sales will be better this time than last time.
Buses have been arranged from Farmgate to connect with Metrorail and Elevated Expressway for the convenience of travel to the fair. Those who come to the fair from Uttara and Motijheel can come directly to the fair from Farmgate by bus through the expressway by metro rail. Besides, dedicated services of BRTC and some passenger buses have been arranged from Kuril Bishwa Road to Mela for the convenience of general visitors. This bus service will be open during the fair.
