Country singer returns to the music scene

Moroccan singer Mohamed Rifi announced his official return to the artistic scene, after a long absence due to the health crisis he went through during the past few months and the circumstances he encountered due to his family problems.

The X Factor graduate chose the Egyptian market as the first stop to record the resumption of his singing activities, where he supervised the revival of a group of singing concerts during which he met his wide audience, where he expressed his happiness with the reception he received and the assistance he received from those responsible for the artistic sector in this Arab country.

Al-Rifai showed great optimism about his artistic return, stressing that he plans to present a group of new works that will satisfy his audience in Egypt, Morocco and the rest of the Arab countries.

He pointed out that the ordeal he went through made him more determined to work, and that his period of illness was a harsh lesson that prompted him to reflect on his life and artistic career.

He continued, in a live interview with the Egyptian channel “Sada El Balad”, that he underwent a surgical operation that made him move between Morocco, Spain and London for treatment, and that took three years; which caused him to enter a state of depression.

The same spokesman added that his personality has changed radically, and this will appear to the audience in the works he will present in the future.

He pointed out that despite his temporary retirement, he still has an important fan base; he noticed this during his direct meetings with the audience at the concerts he presents and during his walks in the public street, noting that he is currently preparing a new song titled “Amshi Min Hena”; which is in the Egyptian dialect and has an exciting oriental rhythm.

Al-Rifai stressed that the messages of love, support and assistance he received from his fans were a great motivation for him to overcome the ordeal and return with greater strength to art and performing evenings, expressing his thanks to Egypt, which embraced him to work and which, thanks to the evenings he performed there, enabled him to pay off the debts that had accumulated on him during the period of his hiatus and illness.
