On Thursday, the accused Red Bull boss Christan Horner appeared in public for the first time since the scandal broke. The event took place at a time when his team was introducing a new car for the upcoming season. Here he also stated four times that he denies all the charges.
“I was focused on work and the upcoming season. I won’t talk about private matters, but my family is a big support for me. My wife is also very supportive,” he said in one of the interviews with Dutch journalists. Subsequently, he also added that nothing changes until the end of the process and that he will definitely participate in the start of the new Formula 1 season in Bahrain at the beginning of March.
“I am totally committed to this team. I’ve been here since the beginning. I built this team. There have been ups and downs along the way. We won 113 races. Together, our drivers have won 7 championships and our team has won the Constructors’ Cup six times. All this is written in the history books. However, it’s mainly about what lies ahead and that’s why I’m fully focused on the future,” Horner said Thursday.
