Contrary to Swahili Culture, Ancient African DNA Origins Revealed

CAPE TOWN – Large-scale DNA analysis of people Africa is here has challenged long-held understandings of the origins of Swahili culture. This research, published in 2023, shows that Swahili culture is much more complex and diverse than previously thought.
