From 37 nominees, 7 winners were chosen at the Austrian Consulting Award
Graz (OTS) – On June 13, 2024, the Constantinus Award ceremony took place at the Graz Congress. The award is not only Austria’s most prestigious award in the fields of management consulting, accounting and IT, but is also the world’s leading award for consulting and is awarded on the initiative of the Association of Management Consulting, Accounting and Information Technology (UBIT). The 37 nominated projects in seven categories – digitization, human resources, ethics & CSR, international projects; management consulting; standard software & cloud services; business matters – finance & accounting – made it clear how important consulting know-how is for the innovative strength of companies and institutions. UBIT Association Chairman Alfred Harl: “The Constantinus Award shines a spotlight on the best lighthouse projects in management consulting, accounting and IT worldwide. What makes it special is that consulting and client companies are jointly recognized for their innovative strength and problem-solving skills, giving consulting excellence the stage it deserves. This year, the projects submitted focused primarily on ESG and sustainability.”
Honorary President Reinisch: Award for consulting excellence
This year’s Constantinus Honorary President Barbara Reinisch recognizes the achievements of the consultants: “From my own experience as a long-standing business and asset consultant and currently as an enthusiastic hotel operator, I know how important professional cooperation between companies and consultants is. The winners of the Constantinus Award represent the top of the consulting industry and help to continuously raise the standards for excellent consulting services.”
Host Neumann: Making successes visible
The 22nd Constantinus Award was hosted by the UBIT Styria specialist group and is the highlight of the Constantinus year. The Styrian specialist group chairman and this year’s Constantinus host Dominic Neumann: “The opportunity to hold the Constantinus Award this year in Styria, more precisely in the Stefaniensaal of the Graz Congress, was a special honor for our specialist group – and an incentive. The Constantinus Award, with its nominees and winning projects, highlights the opportunities in the consulting industry and is an international flagship.”
Winning projects 2024
Jury Chair Marietta Babs particularly highlights the sustainable solutions of the submitted projects: “Ethical values and corporate social responsibility must by no means be a sideshow in the actions of a company; they must be brought to life on a daily basis, especially in the current global polycrisis. The submitted projects are committed contributions to a better society. My vision is that they will not only remain exemplary, but will become a trend-setter for everyone.”
Constantinus International Award
In the face of globalization, the Constantinus Award is more important than ever: it is a limitless success story, because with the Constantinus International Award (the award for exceptional consulting quality is also successfully established internationally. Harl: “New markets and customers are not only found here. Austrian consulting quality also scores points abroad. We promote this with first-class training and further education for our consultants.”

Austria’s major consulting, accounting and IT award has been presented annually since 2003. In a two-stage process, a top-class jury determines which are the most creative, innovative and challenging projects in the Austrian consulting, accounting and IT industry.
