Comptroller’s Office seizes the assets of Olmedo López and Sneyder Pinilla

The Comptroller General of the Republic, in the midst of the corruption scandal that is unfolding after the audios of Sneyder Pinilla, former deputy director of Disaster Management at the UNGRD, became known, decided to seize all the assets of two of those involved.

Is about Olmedo López, Former Director of the Risk Management Unit, and Sneyder Pinilla, Former Deputy Director of Disaster Management of the same entity. This action is taken due to the case of the tank trucks that were purchased to bring water to the department of La Guajira.

The Comptroller’s Office also announced that a fiscal responsibility process was also opened aimed at these two characters. This decision was made by the entity in the afternoon hours of Monday, May 6.

It should be noted that, although it was estimated that between the properties of both there could be found an approximate asset of 47 billion pesos, the Comptroller’s Office could not make the order effective, since, At the time of filing, neither of the two characters had properties in their name.
