The work carried out by First Lady Gabriela de Bukele is important since regulations have been created, promoting a care model that allows the provision of personal care and attention services, quality education and timely stimulation, monitoring of growth and development, which contribute to the comprehensive development of girls and boys.
The Grow Together Law for the Comprehensive Protection of Early Childhood, Childhood and Adolescence prioritizes comprehensive care for girls and boys from before their birth. The National Records Center (CNR) under the leadership of its Executive Director Camilo Trigueros, inaugurates this day the CAPI facilities for the children of the employees of the San Salvador office as proof of the faithful commitment to the Government of President Nayib Bukele, to comply with the Grow Together Law, which establishes the obligation to implement Early Childhood Care Centers (CAPI) throughout El Salvador.
“Today the CNR is celebrating, it is a children’s party, because the children of the institution’s employees have a special place, equipped with classrooms, rest areas, food, recreation and early stimulation for infants, in addition to having specialized staff, where our employees during their lunch hours can share and keep alive that father-son bond, reinforcing family ties,” he highlighted.

The CAPIs also provide comprehensive care to girls and boys with disabilities or with specific educational support needs, guaranteeing the full exercise of their rights and inclusivity; ensuring the conditions of physical, communication and information accessibility. These Care Centers must be authorized by the National Council for Early Childhood, Children and Adolescence (CONAPINA) as the governing body for the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents in El Salvador.
