How to make these healthy cookies?
Ingredients: two cups of ground almonds, ½ cup of coconut sugar or sweetener of your choice, ¼ cup of melted coconut oil, a large egg, a teaspoon of vanilla essence and ¼ teaspoons of salt.
Step by step: First preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the ground almonds, sugar or sweetener, melted coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract and salt.
Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough, cover the dough with film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. After scooping out the cold pasta, make small balls and place them on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Press each ball with the fork to shape it, bake the cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Finally, remove them and let them cool before removing them from the plate.
