Mansour Malali revealed, in a statement to Hespress, that his tape is titled “Pro,” and it tells the story of a young man and his journey towards achieving his goal, and his attempt to make his small family, consisting of his mother and brother, happy, by opening a snack restaurant, which he tries to make it a second source of livelihood, but the circumstances of life are difficult. He has a surprise.
The director himself added that his tape sheds light on the values of brotherhood, love and betrayal, and gives examples inspired by society that exist on a daily basis, and situations that Moroccan youth experience every day through the pressures that the film’s heroes will experience, adding that the artistic crew brought together in a distinctive combination senior actors and professionals with long experience. With young artists at the beginning of their career.
The spokesman highlighted that the red city of Marrakesh was chosen to film the movie “Pro,” adding that he was keen to highlight the Moroccan touch in the work through scenes documenting several different places in the city, in addition to the music that was used.
Regarding the conditions of filming, Mansour said that he experienced a good and brotherly atmosphere with young artistic and technical crews who created their own space for entertainment. At the end of the filming day, everyone would go to the swimming pool in order to have fun away from the routine of traditional filming sites, which made the crew “fight” for… Making the tape a success, he said.
For her part, the young actress Najwa Mufti, who stars in the film, revealed in a statement to Hespress that this is a family work par excellence that can be watched by all age groups, highlighting that it was a great burden for her because it is her first role in the world of the seventh art after a few participations on television.
She added that it was a beautiful experience with pure youthful energy, which made the filming go well, and prompted her, along with many of her colleagues, to present improvised, especially romantic scenes.
It is worth noting that the movie “Pro” starred the actor Rafik Boubacar, Abdullah Dedan, Najwa Mufti, Othman Barhouth, Abdel Latif Shawqi, Zakaria Atti, Souad Midiani, and other names.
