Chronology of Dali Wassink’s Motorcycle Accident That Caused His Death

JAKARTA – Dali Wassink, husband of artist Jennifer Coppen, passed away today, Thursday (18/7/2024) at 02.20 WITA. Dali passed away at the age of 22 after having an accident while riding a motorbike.

Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Bali Police, Senior Commissioner Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, revealed the chronology of the accident that befell Dali which caused his death. The traffic accident occurred at around 02.00 WITA and was reported at around 02.30 WITA.

Initially, the father of one was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle heading towards Sunset Road, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung. Dali had a single accident because he could not control the motorcycle he was riding until it swerved and hit the road divider.

“Initially before the incident, the Kawasaki DK 5555 KSW driver was moving from north to south at high speed and upon arriving at the scene of the incident, he was unable to control his vehicle and swerved to the right and hit the road island divider,” said Senior Commissioner Jansen Avitus Panjaitan when contacted by MNC Portal, Thursday (18/7/2024).

As a result of the accident, Dali suffered serious injuries and severe injuries to several parts of his body. Dali was taken to the BIMC hospital near the Dewa Ruci Roundabout in Bali before he died.

As is known, this sad news was first known from information conveyed by Jennifer through an Instagram Story upload. In addition, Jennifer also shared a photo of memories from her wedding with her husband by writing a deep message of love.
