Chittagong port has reduced to 7,000 containers in 7 days –

The highest record in the history of Chittagong port has been reduced by more than 8,000 containers in eight days.

The last 1,220 TEUs containers are on Wednesday (June 5th). However, even though the container is low inside the port, there are 5 container vessels in the exterior. There are more than 3,000 containers on these ships. Besides, the container is being flown on 5 ships on the port jetty.

According to the port sources, in the last 24 hours, there were 5 TEU containers handling inside the port of Chittagong. Chittagong port’s jetty and exterior mills are currently located in goods and container ships. Of these, the containers and bulk goods were being released from six ships.

According to the port data, in the last 24 hours, 12 TEUs have come from the ship to the container, 12 TEUs, Dhaka ICD (Inland Container Depot). Exported containers from offdocks have received 20 TEUs and empty containers have arrived.

Similarly, there have been 5 TEU containers shipping. Six TEUs containers have been sent to Dhaka ICD. Imported admission containers have been sent to the offdocks. From the port, 4 TEUs have been sent to the empty container offdocks. 1 TEEUs imported container (onchemis) directly delivered to importers. Besides, 20 TEUs container products have been released from the port interior.
