The folklorist’s extramarital children are: Omar Oñate, José Jorge Oñate Canales, Jorge Luis Oñate García, Gina Oñate Araujo and Jorge Antonio Oñate Dangond, who appear as the plaintiffs in the lawsuit in court.
“There was no conciliation during all the scenarios that arose between brothers, and for this reason the decision was made to implement a civil lawsuit to resolve this step,” declared Omar Oñate Mestre, the singer’s eldest son.
