Chelsea Keeps Hope of European Competition after Defeating West Ham 5-0

Chelsea maintain hopes of qualifying for European competition after losing West Ham United with a score of 5-0 in continuation Premier League 2023/2024 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday (5/5/2024) evening WIB. This victory puts the Blues in seventh place in the standings with 54 points.

Cole Palmer opened Chelsea’s winning party in the 15th minute. He was recorded as the third player in Premier League history to achieve more than 30 goal involvements in one season when he was 21 years old (21 goals, 9 assists).

Two players who have achieved this phenomenal record are Robbie Fowler (1994-1995 & 1995-1996) and Chris Sutton (1993-1994). Turning to the match, Palmer’s goal seemed to provide motivation for other players to add goals.
