Material
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2-3 finely chopped green chillies (adjust as per seasoning)
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste

Method
– In a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn grains, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, finely chopped onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, bread. Add crumbs and mix. Salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
– Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it between your palms and shape it into a ball. Keep repeating this process until all the mixture is used.
