Kitzbühel (OTS) – Kitzbühel, June 24, 2024 – The KlangBlickMomente concert series raised over 100,000 euros for the Children’s Cancer Aid Tyrol and Vorarlberg with an impressive benefit concert. The concert took place last Friday, June 21, 2024, in the parish church of St. Andreas in Kitzbühel, which was sold out to the last seat.
Emanuel Graf and his ensemble “Cellifamily”, consisting of 12 international cellists, presented Giacomo Puccini’s masterpiece “Tosca”. The Bavarian chamber singer Kevin Conners won over the audience with his impressive performance as a tenor and charmingly hosted the evening. A particular highlight of the evening was the appearance of world star David Garrett as a special guest. Garrett enchanted the audience with pieces by Brahms and Kreisler on the Baltic violin by Guarneri del Gesù from 1731. He was accompanied by Sophie Raynaud on the piano, who is at home as a coach in the largest opera houses in Europe.

The proceeds from the concert will go entirely to the Children’s Cancer Aid Tyrol and Vorarlberg and are a strong sign of solidarity and compassion. The KlangBlickMomente concert series is initiated and organized by a family from Kitzbühel, who this year also managed to win over world star David Garrett for the charitable cause behind KlangBlickMomente. Planning for next year’s concert has already begun in order to continue to make a positive contribution to society.
