Through his social networks, the Cesar Vallejo Club reported that three of its players have been victims of threats with the aim of manipulating the result of their next match against Unión Comercio. This match will be played on Friday and corresponds to the tenth date of the Closing Tournament.
“We strongly condemn this situation and have proceeded to report the events to the corresponding police authority, as well as inform the integrity and ethics area of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) to take the necessary actions,” detailed the statement issued by the club.
