The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Central African Citizens Abroad, Sylvie Baybou Timon, reiterated, Monday in Rabat, the firm and clear position of the Central African Republic, and expressed its attachment to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The chief diplomat of the Central African Republic, during a press conference following her discussions with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, reaffirmed her country’s support for the autonomy plan presented by the Kingdom of Morocco, which constitutes the only reliable and realistic solution to settle this regional conflict, in accordance with the Charter of Nations. United.
“The Central African Republic always stands by the Kingdom of Morocco and the efforts it is making to find a strong and peaceful solution,” Baybou Timone said, adding that the Moroccan plan for autonomy constitutes “a peaceful solution in line with the Charter of the United Nations.”
Baibo Timon did not fail to praise the “excellent” relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Central African Republic.
