Tulln (OTS) – “Total water sports” is the motto of the Austrian BoatShow – Boot Tulln. The largest and most diverse boat and water sports trade fair is the meeting point at the ideal time shortly before the start of the season. 360 exhibitors from 16 nations present the entire world of water sports: motor boats, sailing boats, luxury yachts, electric boats, canoes and kayaks, charters, tourism, boating holidays, fun and diving sports and lots of accessories.

Wakeboarding, e-foiling and stand up paddling as trend sports in Austria
Wakeboarding is one of the trend sports in Austria and is popular with young and old. While wakeboarding used to be limited to behind the boat on one of the beautiful lakes in Austria, today you can already find several so-called wakeboard facilities that follow wakeboarders behind a lift. E-foiling, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling and windsurfing are also trendy.

Premiere at the Austrian BoatShow: ALTRA fishing kayaks with pedal drive
The German manufacturer ALTRA is presenting its fishing kayaks in Austria for the first time. The special kayaks are equipped with pedal drives. This means the angler has his hands free on the water and can pedal the kayak while tending to the fishing rod or his equipment. There is also plenty of space for equipment and attachments.
