CASN Registration Requirements, Here’s How to Buy e-Stamps at Pospay and Post Offices

JAKARTA – Registration State Civil Apparatus Candidates (CASN) 2024 starting on August 20, at 17.08.45 WIB until September 6, 2024. For the availability of formations, there are 250,407 formations, which will then be followed by the opening recruitment Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).

To fulfill the requirements for CASN and PPPK in 2024, applicants are required to attach e-Meterai in the required documents and signed before uploading. Unlike previous years, where applicants used physical stamps or stamp pieces, in the 2024 CASN selection, participants are required to use electronic stamps or e-stamps.

E-Stamp is a digital version of a physical stamp used to ensure the legal validity of electronic documents. Unlike physical stamps in the form of sticker pieces, e-stamps are digital and can be attached to electronic documents through an online system.

In the provision of CASN registration, e-seal is one of the mandatory conditions that must be met by every participant.

The use of e-Seals on CASN registration aims to:
• Ensure the validity of documents.
• Improving data security including preventing document forgery and protecting participants’ personal data.
• Efficiency in the registration process (process, use of e-stamps accelerates document verification and streamlines the selection stages.

How to Buy e-Seals at Pospay
To buy an e-seal at Pospay, you can do the following steps:
1. On the home page, select the Seal icon.
2. Select the Buy e-Seals menu.
3. Click Refill and enter the number of e-stamps you want to purchase.
4. Proceed to the payment process.
5. Check the payment details, then click Continue.
6. The purchase history status will change from Unpaid to Paid.

How to Affix an e-Stamp
The process of affixing e-Stamps to documents can also be done through the Pospay application. Here’s how:
1. Download the Pospay application first.
2. Login to your account. If you don’t have one, register.
3. Select the Killing menu.
4. Upload the document to which the e-Stamp will be affixed.
5. Place the e-Stamp in the desired section.
6. Attach the e-Stamp and wait for the process until the status Success appears.
7. Check the history on the application and make sure the kill status is successful.
8. Documents that have been affixed with an e-stamp can be downloaded via email.

How to Buy e-Stamps at the Post Office
If you prefer to buy directly, you can get an e-Stamp at the nearest Post Office in the following way:
1. Visit the nearest Post Office and take a queue number.
2. Wait for your turn and convey your needs to the staff.
3. Submit the document to which the e-stamp will be affixed.
4. Pay the e-Stamp at the cashier.
5. Return to the counter to collect the document that has been affixed with an e-Stamp.
6. Documents can be saved on a flash drive or sent via email and online messaging applications.
