A case has been registered within the Lohagra police station within the title of Mashrafe Bin Mortza, former whip of Jatiya Sangsad, former member of parliament from Narail-2 constituency and early life and sports activities affairs secretary of the Awami League Central Committee. Case No-11. Names of 295 other people together with his father Golam Mortza Swapan were discussed within the case. There are 350 unknown accused.
On Monday (December 9) round 9:30 p.m., the primary organizer of the anti-discrimination scholar motion, Narail district department, Kazi Md. Yazur Rahman Babu filed the case within the police station because the plaintiff.
In line with the plaintiff’s criticism within the case, the defendants are leaders and activists of more than a few spaces of Narail district of the dictatorial fascist Awami executive and gangsters, terrorists, extortionists, murderers, armed individuals. At the morning of August 4, throughout the anti-discrimination scholar crowd’s program, the accused attacked the coed crowd on the C&B intersection of Lohagara within the upazila. Present Narail district coordinator chief Kazi Md. 15/20 scholars together with Yazur Rahman had been crushed and injured with ramadas, bamboo sticks, iron rods. It’s also discussed within the case document that cocktails had been exploded to disperse the scholars.
