Carlos Sadness returns to Peru with a new album and a concert

The icon of Spanish indie pop will perform on October 2 at CC Barranco

He Spanish singer Carlos Sadness is coming to our country to present their latest album ¨Realismo Mágico¨, in a super concert, on October 2nd at CC Barranco. Tickets are already on sale at Joinnus.com.

The Barcelona-born musician, considered the iconic artist of indie pop, presents his fifth album, which he describes as an introspective work. Although the music industry asks him to release new things, for the Catalan artist this release came at the right time.

In general, in this release, Sadness predominates energetic pop/folk sounds. This, added to the premise that tenderness, kindness and empathy, makes the public enter an atmosphere that radiates hope. Neither cheesy, nor romantic. It is a journey where they will be able to discover with this album and show, what the artist has always reflected with his songs. ‘Life is a roulette wheel of situations’.

In this reunion with his Peruvian audience, the artist has promised to play his emblematic hits such as ‘I love you a little’, ‘Following the Sun’, ‘Right now’, ‘Everything is fine’, and others that have placed him as one of the most important singer-songwriters in the market. The singer-songwriter is very grateful because the pre-sale tickets for this show have practically sold out.

Sadness points out that visiting Peru is like meeting up with friends. “They always welcomed me with love. The first time I performed at La Noche de Barranco spontaneously and from then on the magic with the Peruvian public was always present,” he pointed.
