Japanese local media reported that it was a passenger flight from Tokyo in Japan to Seattle in the United States. The airline, operated by All Nippon Airways, had to return to Tokyo’s Haneda Airport on Wednesday after a passenger was reported to have bitten his arm.
The report states the passenger is a 55-year-old male who is believed to be a U.S. citizen. He was arrested by Tokyo police after the plane landed at the airport.
