The mood was already boiling when Bushido entered the Rockhal stage. On Wednesday evening, the successful German rapper, who released his first solo album “From the curb to the skyline” in 2003, stopped in Luxembourg as part of his “King Forever!” tour.
In 2005/2006 at the latest, Bushido achieved its big commercial breakthrough with “Public Enemy No. 1” and “From the Skyline to the Curb”. Since the beginning of his career, the rapper has repeatedly caused a stir and negative headlines.
Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi, as the musician’s real name is, has received several awards since 2005, including a Bambi, two Comets and two MTV Europe Music Awards.
Eight years after his last tour, Bushido is now on the road again – and also in the Grand Duchy, where the rapper has already performed several times. Among other things, in 2007 at the Knight Elpee in Foetz and in 2012 at the M Club. The “King Forever!” tour is also considered Bushido’s farewell tour.

“Luxembourg, you are so polite,” said Bushido once again on Wednesday evening. The 45-year-old probably didn’t expect that because, according to media reports, things had gotten a little wilder at his concert in Munich a few days earlier. Some fans got into a fight earlier in the evening.
Bushido, who was accompanied on this tour by his label mate Animus and DJ Marvin, thanked the Luxembourg audience for the good behavior and interacted a lot with his fans. He even gave a young lady his towel because she sang along to his songs so loudly. Little Niklas was also happy. He was allowed to go on stage and perform the song “Sonnenbank Flavor” together with rapper Bushido. For his great performance, the 10-year-old not only received thunderous applause, but also a selfie with Bushido, with thousands of people in the background. An evening that Niklas will not soon forget.
In addition to the 18-year-old song “Sonnenbank Flavor,” the Berliner also performed songs like “Tempelhofer Junge,” “Times Change You,” “From the Skyline to the Curb Back” and the song “Dark Knight,” which was released in 2023, on Wednesday. After just over two hours, the Berliner ended his concert and sent more than 4,000 satisfied visitors home.
