The brother of “Bolle Jos” has been arrested in Turkey on charges of laundering illicit profits, internal sources report His word. The alleged criminal’s father, mother and sister had previously been arrested.
Jos L.’s brother would have been arrested on the basis of deciphered messages coming from a still unknown server, also used by “Bolle Jos” (32).
He is the fourth family member of L. to be arrested during the investigation. Previously, his father, mother and sister were arrested on money laundering charges. They were released again shortly after their arrest.
Dutch and Turkish police are working together in the investigation of L., considered a major player in international cocaine trafficking. The Prosecutor’s Office also accuses “Bolle Jos” of involvement in the disappearance of Naima Jillal, kidnapped from her apartment in Amsterdam in October 2019. Most likely she was killed.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, L.’s family is involved in criminal money laundering. The family members are said to have traveled to Turkey twice in 2022 and have had contact with L., who has probably been there for a long time.
The “Bulle Jos” has been present in the national and European detection lists since May 2022.
