Unfortunately, we start cutting their body language when we give them breakfast. This is where the story begins. The most useful food for breakfast is eggs. Eggs are a protein group, proteins are broken down into amino acids and almost all of them are absorbed 100 percent. Children’s development these amino acids are very useful for the body. It doesn’t matter if it’s cooked in oil or boiled.”

Pınar Demirkaya, talking about the replacement of milk with water obtained from almonds, oats and other plants, said that everyone can choose the one that suits them:

“In my opinion, oat milk tastes good. When it comes to cheeses, it is good to prefer natural fermented cheeses. If we can find purer, more natural and “innocent” ones that are not fermented with chemicals in factories, it would be nice. Even if we can’t find them, it’s not “cheese-free” In fact, cheese should not be eaten every day.
