In an unexpected twist at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates shared his vision for how artificial intelligence (AI) will revolutionize our lives in the next five years.
In an interview for CNN with journalist Fareed Zakaria, Gates noted that artificial intelligence will make life easier for everyone, especially healthcare workers.

The tycoon explained that artificial intelligence can lighten the workload of doctors by helping them with administrative tasks, an aspect of the job that these professionals often do not appreciate. Gates said: “We can make it very efficient.”
He compared the current situation to the agricultural revolution of 1900, where the introduction of new technologies generated new categories of work and improved the quality of life.

Gates suggested practical applications, such as using these advanced tools in the fields of education and medicine. While Gates sees a promising future for artificial intelligence, the International Monetary Forum (IMF) report warns of the possibility that intelligence will intensify inequality if policy interventions are not implemented.
