Linen fashion we are mainly associated with summer, when temperatures climb over thirty degrees and at the same time we indulge in a certain relaxation that goes beautifully with this naturally squishy material. This year, however, everything is different and the first “summer” days disappeared earlier. One of the options for not getting “cooked” in clothes in the afternoon is to reach for breathable linen pieces now – and fashion brands are responding to this.

He just has excellent thermoregulatory abilities – it can cool us down in the heat, and it can also effectively absorb moisture, so even if we sweat, we don’t tend to float as much as, for example, in a cotton T-shirt or God forbid in polyester. Other virtues of this natural material include sustainability – when growing flax, only rain is often enough for irrigation, in the end it is used up four times less liters of water than, for example, in the production of cotton. In addition, it is more durable, compared to viscose, which tends to shrink when washed, you don’t have to worry about it wash linen pieces at 40 degrees, or even dry in the dryer. This in turn significantly extends their lifespan.
While in previous years he only convinced us that he can also play with rich colors, in this early season he is most appealing to classic natural look. Right now, light linen jackets are most suitable, with which you can visually and in terms of thermoregulation balance a dark outfit. You can enrich your work wardrobe with linen vests or shirts.
