#Benin / #Bank: The BOA closes several of its branches from this Monday

This Friday, March 22, 2024, the Bank Of Africa – Benin (BOA), through a message published on its digital channels, announced the permanent closure of several of its branches.

This decision by the Benin subsidiary of the BOA takes effect from Monday March 25, 2024. And according to the koriactu website which reports the information, it concerns the Aïdjèdo, Calavi 2 and PK 7 agencies.

With this decision, BOA Benin intends to reorganize its network of agencies to better serve its customers. To this end, the accounts in these agencies will be transferred to the respective portfolios of the Gbèdjromèdé, Togoudo and PK10 agencies.” specifies the message from the BOA, according to koriactu.

Temporary closure of the Dantokpa agency

As for the Dantokpa agency, koriactu specifies that it is a temporary closure for work reasons. “On this site, BOA Benin wants to set up a business space entirely dedicated to SMEs/SMIs (Small and Medium Enterprises / Small and Medium Industries). To do this, individual and business customer accounts will be transferred to the Saint-Michel agency portfolio.

In order to avoid inconvenience, customers of one or other of the Agencies affected by these permanent and/or temporary closures are asked to contact the account managers for more information.
