Benghazi | Football league matches continue for sectors and institutions

Benghazi, October 20, 2022 (LANA) – The group stage matches of the Football League competitions for sectors and institutions continue on the third day in Benghazi.
Yesterday evening, Wednesday, two matches were held on the grounds of the Goul Academy stadiums, with the two referees, Salem Al-Marakbi and Muftah Al-Farsi, mediating. In the first match, within the first group, the Montazahat and Libya Post teams faced each other and ended in favor of the Montazahat with a score of three goals against one goal, with Mohammed Hussein and Abdel Hadi Al-Zidani, the former Al-Nasr player, scoring two goals for the Montazahat. The only goal for the Post team was scored by Saeed Al-Naili.
In the second meeting between Al-Mughairibi Company and the Urban Development Authority, it ended in favor of Al-Mughairibi Company with two clean goals scored by Abdel-Fattah Al-Mughairibi and Abdul-Rahman Al-Sheikhi.
The former Al-Nasr player, Abdul Hadi Al-Zidani, said – in a statement to the Libyan News Agency correspondent – that he praised the efforts of the organizing committee for this tournament and its constant support for companies, sectors and institutions to establish such sports activities, adding that his team was able to achieve victory in the first match and strive to achieve the lead and win the championship title.
