Ben Affleck and JLo are selling their love nest! Divorce inevitable?

The couple hired real estate agent Santiago Aran to find a suitable buyer. The famous couple bought the villa in May 2023 for almost 61 million dollars (almost 1.4 billion crowns). They now want around an amount for the property 65 million dollars, i.e. almost 1.5 billion crowns.

The luxury residence has 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms and parking for 80 cars. “They will lose out on it. They’re going to lose millions because of the broker’s commission, the new high-end property tax, and of course they’ve invested a ton of money into the house for improvements and upgrades.” a source close to the washed-up couple told Page Six.

“Ben never liked the house, it was too far from his kids” a close source told People magazine.

Do they live apart?

Although Lopez s Affleck in recent weeks they appeared in public several times together, according to insiders they live separately. Lopez even canceled the American leg of the concert tour, reportedly to spend more time with her children, family and close friends.
