BBR is selling an unfinished mega complex in Plovdiv for BGN 33 million. – 2024-05-28 13:09:30

The Bulgarian State Development Bank (BDB) has announced for sale an unfinished residential mega complex in Plovdiv, setting an initial auction price of BGN 33,016,200 excluding VAT, according to the website of the credit institution.

The property cannot be sold without the express consent of the builder of the site “Syenite construction group” JSC. The company “Syenit” itself was pledged in favor of BBR in February 2017 because of a loan granted in 2016 by the state bank to the company in the amount of 16.5 million euros.

The mega complex, announced for sale, is located on Asenovgradsko Shose Blvd. No. 4 in Plovdiv, behind the “Kolodruma” sports hall, and has an area of ​​6,994 sq.m. Its developed built-up area is 30,824 sq. m. It includes residential and office buildings (6 units) and is sold together with 82 surface parking spaces. Some of the buildings have 12 and 16 floors. The property, whose construction started about 10 years ago, is still under rough construction. Sold as a whole only, not item by item.

The auction for the sale will be electronic and will be held on June 16. The deposit is in the amount of BGN 3,301,620 excluding VAT, and the bidding step – BGN 660,324 excluding VAT. The criterion for ranking the participants is the highest offered price. In the event that none of the authorized bidders bids higher than the opening price by one step, the auction is declared closed and the bid deposits paid are retained and non-refundable.
