After the PM’s resignation, Army Chief Waqar Uz Zaman tried to control the deteriorating situation by holding a press conference. He has talked about fulfilling the demands of the angry students. Also, Chief Zaman has requested the students not to beat them. At the same time, the Army Chief says that he will soon form an interim government.
