Also according to Mr. Khanh, some of the images being shared on social networks are images of previous floods.

“Local people are used to the rainy season, the waterfall roars day and night. But many tourists who come on this occasion are surprised and regretful. They cannot participate in rafting and cannot take beautiful pictures of the waterfall. “, Mr. Khanh said.

The video below was recorded by Mr. Khanh on June 10. By June 11, according to records, the water level had gradually receded. “For the time being, this rain has not caused flooding in the rice fields and crops of the people at the foot of the waterfall,” Mr. Khanh added.

The leader of Dam Thuy Commune People’s Committee confirmed that in the past few days there has been heavy rain and floods in the area but did not cause any significant impact.

The Management Board of Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourist Area has issued a notice advising tourists to visit at this time.
