Banco Angolano de Investimentos (BAI) recently signed an agreement for social transmission held at BMF (Bai Micro Finances), with a nominal value of 100% of the share capital, Notícias de Angola learned today.
According to the statement, the aforementioned agreement was signed with Angolan businessman António Mosquito.
BMF began its activity on August 20, 2004, under the name NOVOBANCO, having been the first bank specialized in micro-credit in Angola, currently having 21 branches, distributed throughout the country.
This operation was submitted for approval by the regulator (BNA), in accordance with current legislation, and can only be carried out after its approval.
Present in Portugal through BAI Europa, in Cape Verde, through BAI Cabo Verde, and we have partnerships that ensure the BAI business in S. Tomé and Príncipe.
Created on November 14, 1996, BAI has 171 service points, including 132 branches, 10 business service centers, 13 service stations, 2 premium service centers, 14 ATM centers and 1 non-face-to-face channel, BAI Directo.
