Vienna (OTS) – On Monday, March 18, 2024, the honorary award of the Vienna Military Command “Pro Defensione” will be awarded by the Vienna Military Commander, Brigadier Kurt Wagner, to the HYPO NOE Board of Directors, Brigadier Udo Birkner. The laudatory speech for the award winner will be given by Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner. The honorary award “Pro Defensione Junior” is awarded to Staff Sergeant Constantin Nißl, non-commissioned officer in the staff company of the Vienna Military Command.
