BM Polaschek presents the report on the spin-off framework of the spin-off research projects

Vienna (OTS) According to the federal government’s RTI strategy, the number of economically successful academic spin-offs is expected to double from 2020 to 2030.

In order to achieve this goal, universities and research institutions will be required to strengthen their role and function in the innovation system even more significantly in the coming years.

Federal Minister Martin Polaschek, together with Mag. Werner Wutscher, MPA and Mag. Christine Ruckenbauer, presents a corresponding project report in which the central factors that challenge academic start-ups in Austria and recommendations for spin-offs derived from them are mentioned.

When: April 17, 2024, 4:30 p.m

Where: Blauer Salon, Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, Minoritenplatz 5, 1010 Vienna
