Current study shows: Things work better with works councils: for the employees, the companies and also for democracy.
Vienna (OTS) – It only comes every ten years, but now it’s finally here: The new co-determination study provides very precise insights into everyday business life and how democracy is experienced there. The survey of 2,800 works councils and 2,500 employees shows that things work better for employees with works councils and that companies also benefit. But that’s not all – the experience of having a say in the workplace strengthens trust in democracy as a whole.
