Authorities investigate the brutal murder of four people

A tragic incident occurred in an apartment in Cuajimalpa, Mexico. A man, identified as José Rodríguez, was accused of stabbing his partner, Patrick Landes Kenneth, to death, as well as the couple’s two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Schnauzer.

Local journalist Carlos Jiménez revealed that the crime occurred in the house they shared. After committing the murder, Rodríguez called the emergency services to confess his crime and ask for help, but he tried to flee before the authorities arrived. In his attempt to escape, he was run over by a truck while crossing the street recklessly.

When officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) arrived at the scene, they found Patrick dead, with multiple stab wounds to the neck and other parts of the body. The bodies of the dogs were also discovered, who had also been stabbed.

Authorities are searching for Patrick’s relatives to inform them of the situation, while no information has been received from neighbors about whether they witnessed or heard the attack. Despite the media attention that the case has generated, details have not yet been released about the context prior to the crime or possible history of violence between the couple.
