The Government of Cesar pays attention to the emergencies presented by the presence of atmospheric disturbances in the Caribbean Sea and the probability of cyclonic formations, which have caused intense and continuous rains in the region, which in turn has triggered landslides, mass movements , overflows of tributaries, damage to tertiary roads and damage to aqueducts in rural areas of the municipalities of Manaure, La Paz, La Jagua de Ibirico, Agustín Codazzi and El Paso.
