Attorney General Reveals Sandra Dewi’s Legal Status Regarding Harvey Moeis Corruption Case

Director of Investigation at the Attorney General’s Office, Kuntadi, said that investigators summoned the mother of two children to investigate a number of accounts belonging to Harvey that had been blocked some time ago. “In order to sort out which ones are related to the criminal acts committed by HM (Harvey Moeis) and which are not related. “So it is hoped that we will not make confiscation mistakes,” he continued.

Meanwhile, regarding the legal status of the 40-year-old artist in this corruption case which cost the state up to IDR 271 trillion, Kuntadi explained that Sandra was a witness. During several hours of questioning, she was questioned about blocking her husband’s account.

“We are only examining whether the accounts we have blocked are related,” he said.

Harvey Moeis was named a suspect in the corruption case regarding the trading of tin commodities in the mining business permit (IUP) area of ​​PT Timah Tbk in the period 2015 to 2022 on Wednesday, March 27 2024.

After being named a suspect, the Attorney General’s Office immediately detained Harvey for the next 20 days. He was detained at the Salemba Detention Center at the South Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office from Wednesday, March 27 2024 to April 15 2024.
