Atta Halwa Recipe

Lifestyles Taste: Atta Halwa is a conventional North Indian recipe and is a scrumptious dessert. It has a unique importance as it’s ceaselessly served as Prasad or sacred providing in Gurudwaras and is named ‘Kada Prasad’. This candy recipe is produced from complete wheat and sugar and is made by means of roasting complete wheat, and is stuffed with the goodness of dry culmination and ghee. This common Indian candy recipe is a wholesome recipe for children.

1 cup complete wheat

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup ghee

3 cups water

Step 1

In a deep bottomed pan, on low flame, upload flour and ghee. Fry on medium flame till the flour turns gentle brown.

Step 2

This may occasionally take a couple of mins. Upload almonds (reserve some for garnish) and fry for a couple of extra mins. Regularly upload water and sugar.

Stay stirring till the sugar dissolves and the pudding thickens relatively.

step 4

Serve it scorching in a bowl. Upload almonds and saffron strands on best of it.
