Three female deaths from the AstraZeneca vaccine were recorded in Greece as revealed by Athena Linoumentioning at the same time that there are more than 100 cases of complications in our country, although not all are known.
The Professor of Epidemiology and MP of SYRIZA-PS, speaking at Open, pointed out that the death of the three women from the AstraZeneca vaccine “it is not negligible. We shouldn’t have it.”
Referring to whether the three deaths could have been avoided, Athina Lina pointed out thati “if we could avoid it we should have done it. And the way to avoid that was to have other vaccines given to young women and not give the AstraZeneca vaccine to people over 50-55.”
The Professor of Epidemiology and MP of SYRIZA-PS, also pointed out that it is over 100 incidents of complications from the AstraZeneca vaccine in our country although not all are known. It should be noted that 400,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine were administered in Greece.
