At least five dead in Russian attack in Kostyantynivka

A Russian bombing killed at least five people last night in the city of Kostyantynivka, less than 30 kilometers from Bakhmut, when it hit one of the public centers that the Ukrainian Government has enabled to offer electricity without interruptions.
