Asus ROG Phone 8 series debuts at CES 2024, check out the prices and specs of this trio of latest Android phones

Previously, the specifications of the ROG Phone 8 Ultimate appeared on Geekbench with Qualcomm’s latest chipset i.e. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and paired with 24GB of RAM.

Recently, Asus uploaded an image of the ROG Phone 8 to its official X account. It can be seen that the Taiwanese company has recently adopted a different body design from the previous series.

Not only that, Asus seems to keep the port on the side of the phone’s body for easier and more convenient charging while gaming.

Meanwhile, for the body of this new Asus phone, it seems that the company will use glass material and eliminate some of the iconic design features of the previous ROG Phone.

Citing GSM Arena, on Monday (12/11/2023), Asus will launch the ROG Phone 8 mobile phone in early 2024 with two models, namely ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone Pro.

Aside from the chipset and RAM used, this Asus gaming smartphone already uses the Android 14 operating system with ROG UI.

Another leak had previously circulated that the successor to the ROG Phone 7 series offers 65W fast charging.

Other rumors say that the ROG Phone 8 series will use an AMOLED screen with support for a high refresh rate, at least like the ROG Phone 7 series.
