Aldo Ynsfrán, a journalist from Nation Media, reported that the mayor of CDE also challenged the Criminal Judge of Guarantees Humberto Otazú, under the argument of alleged family links with adversary political sectors. This challenge will be analyzed by the Chamber of Appeals, which could postpone the audience in which it should be defined if Prieto and other defendants go to oral trial.
